Hi Everyone,

I have posted to this site a couple of times, but I just wanted to thank all of you whom put so much energy into the site. I read the posts daily and have learned a lot from everyone's experiences. My question is on Fitday. When you are inputting your nutritional goals, how do you find how many grams of fat, Protein and so on that you should enter? I don't see my nutritionist for another month. Can anyone help?
