Khloé 89 Posted February 6, 2013 Has anyone here actually eaten baby food during the pureed stage? Not the meats or veggies - bleh. Just the fruits, like bananas and whatnot.
skinnygirlinside 60 Posted February 6, 2013 I haven't got to that stage yet but I have seen where people have posted that they have done that. I just don't know if I could eat it though. Good luck.
SleeveNZ 219 Posted February 6, 2013 Have you ever tried baby food? It's nasty nasty nasty with a whole lot of crap and preservatives. It looks, smells and tastes bad. I have an 8 month year old and it's my last resort (for him). Besides from that, I was told no baby food as it doesn't have enough Protein. Make your own - will taste 1000 times better trust me!! Khloé 89 Posted February 6, 2013 I'm keeping it as a last resort and don't plan to use it, just getting ideas. Lol... I have a 2 year old son and he never ate pre-packaged baby food, only fresh that we made.
laceymm888 9 Posted February 6, 2013 If you don't want to deal with making it post surgery, make it before and freeze it! Then you can just thaw it out when you want to eat it. Easy. And you could probably make all you'd need within a couple hours in one day!
slojo 150 Posted February 6, 2013 I LOVE banana baby food and did eat it post-op during puree stage. It went down great and helped me through a hard time, it's easy on the stomach...
