You need to sleep at least just a little :)

You will want to be rested for tomorrow. Try and relax and take deep slow breaths I know it sounds corny but sometime deep breathing helps. When you are tense nervous you tend to tighten up and take shallow breaths....

Breath.... And take care if yourself :)
