Dehydration...not a fan!

I also take out 4 bottles of Water each is 16.9oz for grand total of 67 oz and tell myself they have to be done by the end of the day! Dehydration is very scary, I was hospitalized for it on day 5 after surgery. Keeping the bottle in your hand is the best for me other wise I will forget it .

The thought of experiencing dehydration again is a good motivator! LOL - I'm trying to re-learn that I must drink out of need' date=' not thirst. So I'm watching the clock today and every 10 minutes or so, I'm taking at least 2oz. I let that go down and 10 minutes later, another swig![/quote']
