adub22 17 Posted February 5, 2013 I am a newbie, only being sleeved on 1/28. I'm already amazed how I am not feeling hungry. I have to watch the clock to know when to eat( well drink). I did have some head hunger while doing things where I used to pig out like sitting in front of the TV. My question is does this no hunger feeling last? Or will I start to feel hungry but only be able to eat smaller portions? Thanks!
Stef 264 Posted February 5, 2013 Same here. A month out and still no real hunger. It feels strange to have to "force" yourself to eat when you're not really hungry.
Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted February 5, 2013 Same here, but today is a bit worse. I have to make myself eat. I just don't want to put something in my mout other than Water.< /p>
TheCurvyJones 721 Posted February 5, 2013 The hunger is different... less 'OMG I NEED TO EAT' and more 'I feel empty and I should have some food'.
Heather86 :o) 29 Posted February 6, 2013 I was sleeved on 12/10/12 and just recently have discovered that I have to remind myself that I have to eat. Before recently, I was "so hungry" and wanted to eat every thing I saw. I didn't, of course, and have come to realize that I had a huge case of head hunger. So glad to be over it now, but it is weird how different it is compared to my life pre-op.
