stepheff 33 Posted February 5, 2013 Omg that's awesome wat are you eating and are you working out ?, My dr. progresses a lot slower than what I have read on here. I just was able to start on puree last Friday (2/1). I am not probably the healthiest in I don't get all the Protein I should (shakes makes me vomit). I am just always sure to drink A LOT of fluids-- I really didn't feel well until about 2.5 weeks post-op. I often thought being fat is so much easier! I have started doing small workouts on an exercise bike and some light weights. I do not tolerate Protein Shakes or milk at all. I recently tried mixing with soy milk and it worked! It's a trip that's for sure and one of the most difficult things I have ever done!
