Day 1 down, 6 more days to go on my pre-op shrinking diet.....

Greetings everyone!

Day 1 (Feb.4,2013) of my shrinking diet went really well! Menu for the day was: 3.5 muscle milks (Protein shakes), 2 16 oz bottles crystal light, 1 can of chicken broth and sugar-free Jello. I avoided cooking dinner last night and went to bed super early, so that I wouldn't be tempted to eat/cheat(lol). I pray that I can make it thru 6 more days and that any of you who are on this journey will also make it a success...........Have a great day guys............ :D :D :D :D :D
