MichiganChic 3,262 Posted February 5, 2013 Stats in my signature line. Gradually recovering, getting stronger and better at managing my diet. Still dealing with post-op infection, though that's looking better too. Working out (walking, ski machine, weight lifting) 5-6 days a week. In general, feeling better every day! 12345 80 Posted February 5, 2013 Wow amazing what do you eat daily and do you work out ? I eat oatmeal and 1/2 a banana for Breakfast. lunch is a Laughing Cow cheese wedge and 5 Ritz wheat crackers. For dinner I usually eat either pureed chicken or tuna and crackers. Snacks include cottage cheese and one string cheese. I should note I'm always starving and wish I could eat more! The only exercise is walking. I see the exercise person tomorrow at the weight clinic to see if I can start using a stationary bike. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

T_anya 3 Posted February 7, 2013 My highest weight was 292 lbs. I had surgery on 12/3/2012 and weighed 267 lb. I now weigh 234 lb. Feeling pretty good - my clothes are all too big! Nate74 45 Posted February 7, 2013 My Highest Weight was 370 I had my Surgery 12/3/12 and weighed 354 I currently Weigh 264 I struggle as i can only eat 2wice a day if i'm lucky as i can't do Protein shakes at all they make me sick and I've tried all types and brands.
