d mixon 23 Posted February 5, 2013 I will be self pay . It's been hard saving up but on the other hand I haven't had to worry about the Insurance Co.'s paper work or restrictions. I have had phone consults with the Dr. And have my 1st office consult next week. I am wondering if there are certain tests that every Dr. Requires or are most test performed because of the insurance requirements . I'm just wanting to speed Though this. Anyone have a clue? JuliannaJ 83 Posted February 5, 2013 You will need the typical lab work.....CBC, chemistry profile, plus an EKG. My doc also required a pulmonary function test and sleep apnea test but I think that is all I needed but my insurance covered it all
