Is there anything I should expect when I start soft solids, any good recipes out there?

Expect to feel full faster. Chew well and slow down. Listen to your body. Some people use the world according to egg face for some recipes.< /p>

The first solid thing I ate was fish. I seasoned a fish filet with some Cajun seasoning (easy so it wasn't too spicy) and I put a few drops of olive oil in the pan and browned it on both sides. I ate about half and gave the rest to my daughter.
