I think it has too many calories even with half the noodles . Try batiatric Soups pr boullion

I wouldn't. It is nutritionally void. Just a bunch of empty calories.

Hi Heather, Probably not a good idea. Empty calories and way to much sodium. Opt for low sodium/low fat chicken broth. It's actually pretty tasty at this stage. Your new stomach and the scale will thank you for the sacrifice. All the best to you on your journey!

And like most of those "cup o' whatever" Soups, a ton of potassium. Skip it for something healthier.
