When you guys eat what are the grams of sugar you stay under on one serving and how many grams in a whole day I'm almost two weeks out and I try to stay under 5grams pre serving but my choices are limited sometimes far as like yogurt but I really just want to kno the grams other ppl are consuming

Stay off sugar completely.

I try but yogurt has sugar in them I choose the nonfat and it still says it has sugar
