slatter 19 Posted February 27, 2013 Have any of you tried the cauliflower pizza crust. It's delicious! It's amazing that it comes out like Pizza Crust. Very important to drain the cauliflower well between paper towels though after cooking it. I have not- might need to do so.

mikeross 216 Posted February 27, 2013 Ok I'm dumb What's buffalo? Its a type of animal. The meat is similar to beef but a little leaner. I actually used a mixture of ground beef and italian sausage.

Imjustmee 44 Posted March 1, 2013 Have any of you tried the cauliflower pizza crust. It's delicious! It's amazing that it comes out like Pizza Crust. Very important to drain the cauliflower well between paper towels though after cooking it. I tried that recipe and don't know what I did wrong. It browned like a crust but was more of a mashed potato consistency. As far as this recipe I'd like to know what I did wrong as well. It was super dry and almost powdery. It was however well flavored though.

JEANMR1 25 Posted March 6, 2013 So this isn't no carb but I assume it is low carb. At my local BJ's and Stew Leonard's they have this lavash bread. It is 3 weight watchers points for a piece that is larger than a sheet of paper. Toast it up and put toppings on it. Yummmm.
geneseohubcap 24 Posted March 7, 2013 I made this tonight and it looks delicious. However it was really dry. Is there anything else I can do to make it more moist? Did I cook it too long?
