sarahp_newme 29 Posted February 3, 2013 OK so i am 2 months post op and have been very active since the day of my surgery. I have lost 45 pounds so far but hit a stall a few weeks ago and have not lost A THING. I work out 5 days a week as well as weight toning I eat what im supposed to I have my treat occasionally but nothing bad all sugar free treats etc. I drink my Protein Shakes but im not loosing anything, can someone point me in the right direction or give me some advice to why im not loosing. gloriann 43 Posted February 3, 2013 I have hit my 5th stall since my surgery in May 2012. I usually do a 3-day liquid diet. I also drink lemon Water daily-regardless if i'm at a stall or not. rsmont77 101 Posted February 23, 2013 Try to up your Protein if possible I am at 90-100g per day, under 600 cal and keep my carbs under 10g per day. It broke my stall immediately. Make sure you get 64 oz of Water to flush it all out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
