Cheesecake stuffed strawbs

Made these for Super bowl tomorrow.

Cheesecake stuffed strawberries

1 lb strawberries, washed and cut 2 ways, in an x to spread out

8 oz low fat cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup splenda or whatever as you use

Warm cream cheese to room temp. Beat the vanilla and as into it. Use a spoon or a pastry bag with a star tip and stuff the strawberries. I cut the X on the fruit part and leave the green leaves. Spread the strawberry out some so you can fill it. Makes about 16-20 depending on the size of the berries.
