Seeds he said when im in three months. Only because of us focusing on Protein. So for now I'm eating apples peeled and cored in the crock pot with Splenda and cinnamon!!! Peeled Granny Smith apples, cinnamon, a little Splenda, a dash of salt and lemon juice. Microwave for 5-6 min stirring halfway. Delic and fast!
