ibehere10 163 Posted February 2, 2013 Greek yogurt and fat free cottage cheese are a staple for me. chicken, seafood ,some cheese and high Protein Snacks. My daily food intake is public. I eat maybe 3 to 4 times a day, but it's all protein. oatmeal with milk for Breakfast or a shake. lunch might be a turkey sausage and dinner chicken with some Soup to moisten and veggies.
