It'll relieve the pressure in your stomach. And since my sleeve I can't stand crystal light anymore! Loved it pre op. Feel free to message me I had my sleeve done 11-19-12, and spent all of December in the hospital with a leak. I've had MRSA, pneumonia, bronchitis, the flu, and some other random health issues since then, I've been through the ringer but I'm doing well. Tired, still, but well. You'll be just fine don't hesitate to message if you need anything!

Your still really new post op. if you are nervous about eating and drinking, try measuring so this way you won't over so it. I'm assuming your still in liquids, it's pretty easy going while on liquids, for me the challenging part was when I needed to start on foods. Feel free to ask any other specific or general questions you have.
