TheGamer 406 Posted February 1, 2013 Go back to your basics is the best advice I have. Eat simply - poultry, fish, etc., watch for carbs, get in your Water, and always take your suppliments. Track *everything* you put in your mouth, accounting for every last bite or nibble. Up your exercise above and beyond what you're doing. Over time we get acclimated to things and it's very easy to add a little here or there and over time, that adds up. And then, there's simply waiting it out. If you're eating less than you need to sustain your weight, it will eventually come off. Stalling and plateauing are going to be a part of what we do as our bodies adjust to the massive amount of weight we're losing in such a short time.

Exercising us so hard to get in sometimes, I have a 2 and 3 yr old. I work second shift and don't get to bed until 12:30 or 1 am.. I make sure to do a half he in the am but started running the stairs on my breaks at work.. So I get about an hr in total daily.
