JenniferCS 7 Posted February 1, 2013 Birthday is the 1st which is 3 months post obs for me.... Goal was to lose 60lbs by then and happy to say I did! Average 1000 to 1100 cal a day and do high intensity workouts 4 days a week. Best decision ever!!!! 25 lbs to go until goal number 2..... Hoping by end if April !
