Road Queen 0 Posted November 11, 2006 I am a walking grocery store with food I can eat. I have Protein Bars, craisins, pumpkin seeds, beef Jerky, tuna in packets, etc with me most of the time. If you can find packets of mayo, boiled eggs are easy to find at delis and then you can make some impromptu egg salad. Otherwise, yogurt or string cheese is a good standby. katt 0 Posted November 11, 2006 The Beans at Taco Bell have 180 calories and 7 grams of fat. Not a horrible choice. I have had them a couple of times in a crunch. Katt

mariecarmen 1 Posted November 12, 2006 I keep a few of those tiny ziplock bags with a scoop of Protein Powder in each in my desk drawer for emergencies. If things get crazy and I just can't sit down for lunch, I know I can always make a shake at my desk.
