Does anyone take these Vitamins? I read on their forum that it helped with Hair loss. They focus on no ingredients from China??

I do. I am only a month post op so I'm not sure about hair loss... I have to crush them and add yogurt to take them. They are too hard on my stomach if I don't.

I take them but the Vitamin really tastes bad to me. I can handle the calcium citrate (4 a day) but the taste of the vitamin is just too much to handle. I had them setup on auto delivery but I had the Vitamins and Calcium taken off auto delivery today. I am going to look at Bariatric Advantage.< /p>
