So today I broke down and bought the costco premiere brand drink. It's ready made vanilla flavor.

I put it in the freezer till it gets just icy, and yum yum! I have never been a vanilla person but

this one is pretty darn good.

love the chocolate flavor but looking forward to the vanilla on my next shopping trip to costco. I do think down the road with more meats, fish and cheeses added to my diet that I wont need to be drinking these anymore.

I would rather eat a 4oz piece of steak or salmon than another Protein shake hehe.
