SeriouslyChange 319 Posted January 30, 2013 No pain what's so ever. I actually started lifting weights for my arms. I promise you. It's extremely funny for the things I can do compared to the ppl that had the surgery the same time as me. This is actually making me really upset now. Who the f do these people think they are? Contact a malpractice attorney ASAP. It's sounding like you have a case here.
Sadtosaygoodbye 256 Posted January 30, 2013 Without knowing the person on the other end of this conversation or examining her, how are you so sure this is malpractice? Why is the doctor wrong, you're hearing one side of the conversation.
LadiWobs 13 Posted January 30, 2013 I know. Now you know my pain. Thru out my 7 weeks I have have only messed up once and I was so scared of what could happen. I turned 30 a 2 weeks ago and I told my friends and family dinner would be a waste of time. And no partying because I can't drink. I am HUGE on borthdays so to not come into my 30's with a bang had to be for a great reason. and getting a new start was one but it going down the wrong tunnel. Something in my heart tells me that it was done wrong and god hates ugly so the truth is coming. Ill keep very one posted. Within the next couple of days. Please keep me I your prayers with this journey!

marie bella1968 21 Posted January 30, 2013 It's about facts. At this point I will gather up my info and go to another surgeon and see what's going on. But who was your surgeon that performed ur surgery
SeriouslyChange 319 Posted January 30, 2013 I understand her because if she was truly sleeved and has the paperwork she signed to prove it then what is happening to her is not possible. It's not physically possible to eat that much a few days post op with a sleeve period. You would split a staple line. As long as you have paperwork stating that you were to be given a gastric sleeve, it seems like a green light for a suit. Get a second opinion from another doctor ASAP. And if they say that it looks like nothing was done then consult an attorney.

Sadtosaygoodbye 256 Posted January 30, 2013 I am totally with you on this, something just ISN"T right with this. I have to say there is her side the MD's side and someone is not telling the truth. we have heard her side, we won't hear the MD's side. People telling her to sue and how this is malpractice are not objective, and believing her based on a lack of any real evidence. Something about this is SOOOOO OFF.
