Has anyone tried the New Whey Peotein shot from GNC the grape taste great but kinda thick so I just ask ice with ..the shot is 3.8fl what do you guys think about these ?

I tried the fruit punch one and it is absolutely disgusting. I only got one ounce down and the rest is still sitting in the fridge....lurking.

from my understanding this are made with a collagen based Protein which is not absorbed by the body. Even the ones that say whey Protein has that collagen in it. There is a great post I believe in food and recipes regarding shot,take a look at it very helpful and good info there.

It is my understanding that this is a collagen based Protein, not giving us what we need. Here is one conversation that touches on this.

I would do a search, I know some Vets have gone into detail about these Protein Shots.
