SimplyFAB 83 Posted January 29, 2013 Hey guys! First and foremost I would like to thank everyone who have answered my threads when I was in need of support and guidance. The past 5 days have not been easy but totally worth it. I am officially down 8 lbs!!! I can already tell that my life is changing for the better. The pain was rough the first 3 days but I made it! Today was the first day I didn't use any pain meds and I'm just fine. I'm looking forward to continuing this part of my life. Thank you everyone for your support! SimplyFAB 83 Posted January 30, 2013 I'm glad to hear u are doing so well' date='I'm 2 days out I'm just wondering how do u get rid of gas pains in the back[/quote'] Walking and more walking. I also bought gas x strips and they seemed to help. I know you're probably going through some pain right now but trust me, totally worth it!
