apparently i am losing massive amount of inches and the scale is moving like .05 - 2lbs weekly. example of inches lost. my work uniform the jacket is a 24 now i can wear a 16, the skirt was a 26 now i ordered an 18 not sure about the size for my skirt, we shall see when it arrives. my jeans were a 24 and my new jeans are a 16w.

my point is this just because the scale isnt moving does not mean nothing else is moving, lol check your inches and clothes. that makes me happy

Way to see it right, newgrandmother!

I've had many stalls in the last year but the fat kept rolling off. I am 64, I havent been this slim since my 20's. I am now 1 pound under goal and am now more concerned about muscle building.
