Before my first Dr/Nut appt I had lost 12 lbs. Then the next week I peaked and I was only down a couple of pounds! But then we measured and I had lost inches instead. This week I am down a total of 23 lbs all together! So expect an off week but check the sizes!

I don't think any kind of leaking is safe. You should see your doctor ASAP.
