So I am three weeks post surgery today. Have been feeling great and tolerating all foods I try. My big incision has always been more sore than the others but has been really bothering me the past few days more than it was before. It's not infected, not red, not swollen, and looks fine. The other small incisions are mainly just itchy. Did anyone else experience this in the healing process? It's not an unbearable pain just more noticeable than before and it surprised me because I thought I should be done with the pain by now.

Exact same experience here. Look up the thread called 'OUCH.' Seems common.

Thanks, just got back from the surgeon. They think one of my internal stitches popped. Back on pain Meds and bed rest and if I start getting nausea off to the ER I go because this could turn into a bowel obstruction. Not fun :(

I am having the same thing. I was feeling pretty good and then 3 weeks out pain under the incision where stomach taken out of. it feels like a pulling pain and tender. Have been icing it. So was there anything they needed to do for the popped internal stitch? and since time has passed since your post- how are you doing now? did you end up with any complications and how long did the pain last?
