My husband doesnt care but when I mention i'm gonna get some new boobs he likes the idea lol ! But between my arms , stomach , hips legs and boobs has anyone ever had all of that done or getting it all done ?????? It's not so much my stomach that bothers me but its my legs, arms and boobs that really bother me because ive got my stomach covered up!!!!!

I will be sleeved in two weeks but I have been thinking about this a lot! I like the girls! My hubby likes them too. lol. I may just go for some new ones down the road. I am more or less thinking that I will do what bothers me if possible. I can't see putting that much money in plastic surgery but isn't that what tax refunds are for? I don't want a full body lift and I'd be lying if I said I am afraid of the pain but after so much work to look like a melted candle? That does not excite me either.

Interested to hear what others think!

At my age (56) I won't be getting my boobs done, but I really want to get a face lift and a neck lift, and if I'm lucky, the cost for the procedure will be the same as just a face lift...... I have bat wings and my stomach could have a little bit of a touch up, but I can cover them with clothing. My body looks really awesome with clothing on, really skinny.....Love it..... :) I really don't want to pay a lot for plastics and tax refunds for medical don't count unless it's over $25,000. Happy trails to us......:)

amen to that! it seems to me the girls are the first to go!! :( My hubby keeps saying "you're losing your boobs babe" and I'm like...yeah, i know...what the heck!!!?? I've lost inches in the bust, arms, thighs...belly is slowly slimming down too, but then it's always the last to go!

I will have everything done if I can..

I went from 305#'s to 175 (2 years in march) I'm 4'11.

I'm a slow loser,

But slow or not, every pound gone is a pound, I'll never see again.

I can't imagine going this far,

And not end up custom made...lol

Scared to death tho...

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
