I got really sick of the yougurt and cottage chz by day 10! But Carol sent me a yummy recipe for a cottage chz and yogurt drink. Woody are you out there?? Share that recipe with Doriana cause I can' t remember.(It was a very traumatic time and I am trying to block that week out of my memory!!!LOL)

Good luck. The headache thing is a pain, I missed my Motrin (can't take it pre-op) the Tylenol did help some.
