Diva, I am probably one of the most horrible examples because i have a hard time getting all my Water in and im not sure of my Protein status. I just eat protein and rareLy any carbs. I also have not been exercising as i am always in the books, at school, or being a mom of 2 boys. I am in the RN nursing program and it dictates my life.
