Indigoflgrl 6 Posted January 27, 2013 My doctor says slow progress maybe due to my meals being in the night as thats when I work. Was wondering how any one else's eating schedule is that may work this shift.
Richard Foor 655 Posted January 27, 2013 I work 4 to 12 on the ambulance, so not as drastic but still different from the so called "normal". I don't see why it would make any difference at all, people who work shift are on a different schedule but as long as it is consistent your body should adjust to it, the body doesn't have a built in clock it only knows what time it is by what your activity level is. lessofmeismore 1,405 Posted January 27, 2013 The best way to measure your loss is in percentage lost til you hit goal. Measuring in lbs and comparing to others seems to make people feel they are slow losers.
