Geminidrive 389 Posted January 27, 2013 Since my surgery 10/8 I'm starting to feel like I'm an anomaly. Post surgery I haven't had any pain, I haven't had any emotional breakdowns and haven't had any difficulty with my adjusted diet. (I know 3 months is early, so I can't say what the future holds......hopefully my life redesign will continue along the same path.). I think for me the fact that I didn't have any distractions (financial/personal/family/work issues) has helped tremendously. So with that said, I was wondering if any others have had similar experiences thus far, and if so what do you credit with your success so far? I would love to hear from others, please share your experience.
moregoodtimes 331 Posted January 27, 2013 I think other factors, perhaps more important than no distractions as you call them, is attitude and expectation. Barring a major complication, you sound like you were in it to win it, had a plan, and expected success. We all have such varied personality traits, both inherent and molded from life experiences that we go into this process with our heads in very very differt places. This is an interesting thought. Glad you brought it up and wishing you continued success.
