NurseGrace 509 Posted February 25, 2013 When I was brand spanking new I ran into some of that, but I will say that it is important to use the search function and use it often, because so many things have been covered so many times that a lot of people just don't care to get into it in much of a helpful capacity I do wish that the search function was improved a little because a lot of times I KNOW there are 100s of posts on a topic and sometimes I can only find a few but I still always review what I come up with before making a new thread. If people would title threads appropriately the search feature would be more effective. I guarantee if you search the word "help" or "tomorrow" you'd get a bazillion threads.
