sleever10 109 Posted January 27, 2013 I have been there, too. Sometimes the emotional part is the hardest. I was sleeved 12/20 and on Clear Liquids at Christmas. That was pretty rough and a bowl of homemade Chex Mix caused my tears. I keep reading that it does get better so I just keep that in mind. It does get better! 1 GoldyGirl reacted to this

LovinMe2013 21 Posted January 27, 2013 I was sleeved on 1-22-13 & I have been struggling to get in all of the Water & Protein my doc wants me to have. I've been drinking Isopure, from GNC. One 20 oz bottle has 40 g of protein & can double as your water. It tastes sort of like Gatoraide. I drink 1 & 1/2 throughout the day. 2 GoldyGirl and mom2five reacted to this
