Do any of you have blogs or you tube videos? I would love to follow if anyone knows of inspiring people. I watched one lady and she was great, she showed pics of what types of food she was trying.

I have blogged for about a year leading up to the surgery, and since then have converted over to just video. Address, etc. in my signature. Good luck!
