How soon did you sweep your floors? I have 3 kids and a black lab and I'm going crazy with these dirty floors. iI feel great and have plenty of energy, but I'm scared to over do it this early! I wish I could just let it go for awhile, but its really starting to make me crazy! :blink:

You can do a little at a time......Just don't pick anything up over 10 lbs until your surgeon clears you.... :)

I was doing light cleaning 2 days after surgery. Nothing strenuous -- but I dusted, vacuumed ( I have dogs too), swept the kitchen floor. I was very lucky....I had absolutely no pain other just a little soreness.

Yeah all that stuff is fine. No lifting. I vacuumed at I think 4 days out. it was just pushing.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
