I would love to find one that is low in sodium and still tastes good. I usually have jack links jerky but it can be way too salty for me at times. sleever10 109 Posted February 3, 2013 How much sodium is in the TJ kind? I got some Jerky at Whole Foods today and it only has 270g, the lowest I have seen. A word to the wise that is worth repeating! Read the labels! I grabbed one that had 18g of Protein and later read that it had something like hydrolyzed soy protein... or something like that.
