StephC 0 Posted November 8, 2006 well I bought a pilates tape - it has the easy, med, and hard going on all at the same time. Me/44, Daughter/20, and daughter/16 did it and we had a blast! I of course did the easy - except the sitting on the butt thing, excuse me but how many of you can roll up from your back onto the butt? I roll over to my side, use my hands and knees to get up and then over to my butt. dd#1 did the med and a little of the hard, dd#2 did the hard all the way through - although she is 5'3" 120 lbs and a cheerleader - but it was fun we laughed and giggled all the way through it - anyone else having fun with pilates? Nathalie 4 Posted December 10, 2006 StephC - Right after I had the baby I was taking pilates classes at the gym. It was on a machine and I absolutely LOVED those classes! I was there 3 times per week. I have a pilates DVD, but it's not the same "type" of pilates, so I didn't enjoy it as much. One of my weight rewards is to join a gym, and start taking pilates again. 2x per week is my goal. nat Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
