But, as long as you're not dehydrated, it doesn't matter how much you drink because there is no minimum amount. Even at 6 months out I can't drink 2 liters a day, I'd be taking a sip every minute just to keep up if that was the case. I'm hydrated so I'm not worried. lakobe00 63 Posted January 29, 2013 I agree. Now that im close to 200 I cant wait to be 199. I will have reached a big goal at that point. I only set ten pound goal incriments at a time. Stalls will happen and get very aggrivating. That too will pass as I have learned. My weight loss has slowed greatly at this point. I'm at 203...can't wait for 199.
