I agree. Now that im close to 200 I cant wait to be 199. I will have reached a big goal at that point. I only set ten pound goal incriments at a time. Stalls will happen and get very aggrivating. That too will pass as I have learned. My weight loss has slowed greatly at this point.

I know I've been in a stall for 2 weeks and it finally broke yesterday, now I have a about 29lbs to go, maybe more depending on what I look like when I reach that point.

Hey Karrissa. Have you had days that you stepped on the scale and gained a pound?

Early on yes, but not lately. I actually just started dropping again and lost 4lbs in the past 3 days.

Its do frustrating! I had that happen to me this morning. I know I shouldnt weigh everyday, but I cant seem to help myself
