Hi there...I dont know if I can be a mentor I was recently sleeved(12/31) my track record so far is questionable...

Here is the good so far, I eat hardly anything but I am also still on a soft food diet. I get so excited about having an egg and cottage cheese and my best treat is sake (salmon sashimi) it is very soft and I had no problem chewing it.

The not so good, learning when I am full because my brain is still working as a person who can eat as much as I want( puking is so unfun at this point). Not drinking enough and taking a trip to doctors offfice to get iv therapy for dehydration

I dont regret this journey but everyday I learn something new about this change, I joined a gym today went and worked out and I wanted to work out later this evening it was strange, I opted for a walk.

Thats what I have I dont know if it helps or scares you but I have no regrets, this is about having a better quality of life and Im on my way.

Congrats on your decision
