Sleever963 12 Posted February 8, 2013 in all of the stores I have shopped in Fort Worth, TX the won tons can be found wherever the tofu is located. At all WalMarts and Kroger stores they are in the vegetable/produce section in a refrigerated unit. If all else fails ask a worker. That's what they're there to do... Enjoy! MommaPet 5 Posted February 9, 2013 These all sound great! Does anyone know at what stage the wonton wrappers are approved? I assume soft food stage but wanted to confirm. Thanks!

.......... 129 Posted February 9, 2013 (edited) I'm still on full liquids ,so I have no concept of how many can you have per serving ? Is one filling ? I would say 1 plus a small side or 1 1/2 average, then 2 once your at a stage where you can consume that much. Some are as low as 130's cal's and up to 230's, but depends whats going into it in the end, you can get recipes for over 300's and up in cal's ones easily as well. track the nutrition, Proteins and calories at a website or through app and most recipes have the info incuded too. oh, there are crustless type muffin tin ones at 130's, wontons are 2 per about 40 cals. Myraj0526 10 Posted February 10, 2013 How long do they need to stay in oven
.......... 129 Posted February 10, 2013 miss Myraj, Most are 18 to 20 minutes, maybe 375 degree, wontons egdes will get overly browned if to much longer but add a couple minutes if liquids need to firm up.
