delta_girl 931 Posted February 5, 2013 I made these last night. The grating is messy. I used parchment paper sprayed with Pam and it still stuck very badly. It looked like a hot mess. But it tasted AMAZING
Debrry 32 Posted February 5, 2013 I made these last week and they were AWESOME! Not sure if it helps but I used frozen cauliflower, cooked per the instructions on the box, put in my food processor to chop it up, added other ingredients to the food processor and mixed in there. I would not ad the garlic salt next time, just too salty for me. I baked it in oven on parchment paper with olive oil and just kept watching it. I actually flipped it over to get the underside to brown. It really was yummy!!!
