chocolate_macchiato 23 Posted January 24, 2013 Does everyone have to complete the "10 day" pre-surgical diet?
Skinnypie 66 Posted January 24, 2013 No, it varies from patient to patient and surgeon to surgeon. I did not have a pre-op diet and was only told not to eat anything after midnight the night before...

Skinnypie 66 Posted January 24, 2013 If you don't mind me asking how many pounds were you from your idea body weight? My surgeon didn't really set a "goal weight" but I would say 100- 115 lbs away from my starting weight would probably be ideal
