LadyJ_OES 10 Posted January 23, 2013 I'm 5 mos out and have lost 93 pounds. I'm not eating the best of foods but of course in limited amounts. I haven't gained anything but I've been really paranoid lately about gaining my weight back. Has anyone been dealing with that and how do I stay on track? katsmeow 70 Posted January 24, 2013 What are you eating? Sometimes it's hard having "good" Protein around. I fall off and get back on. Everyday it's a struggle to eat right. But I keep moving forward. 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
Eat That Frog 53 Posted January 24, 2013 I am not even close to goal, but I think about this a lot. I plan to find a few of the most disgusting pictures of myself at my highest weight and keep them close by to look at as needed.
LadyJ_OES 10 Posted January 24, 2013 I look at old pics constantly. I try eating vegetables and meats. But sometimes I grab some chips...subway sandwiches with mayo...resees..cookies...u name it.
KarissaKhaos 170 Posted January 24, 2013 I know exactly how you feel, some days I'll eat exactly how I'm supposed to and other days I cave in. I'm 6 months out and have lost 90lbs. It's hard to keep focused when food has been the thing you turned to all your life. I haven't gained anything and I too worry about gaining it all back but as long as we keep these foods that aren't the best in moderation we should be fine. That's the good thing about the sleeve, you can't really overeat if you listen to your body.

That way you cannot miss them and will be reminded how far you've come and where you don't want to go back to. To the OP, you've got to plan! Stock up on good Protein and pack Snacks to take with you wherever you go.
