Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted January 23, 2013 Can you eat some yogurt? It does help with the cravings for sweets.....Or Sf pudding or Jello. I still drink or eat a Protein Bar when I want something sweet. Don't give in to your head hunger. Now is the time to tame it.....Distract yourself with something else or call a friend.... TheGamer 406 Posted January 23, 2013 Try fruit (herbal) teas. That's pretty much all I drink these days. I love Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry and berry Zinger flavors.

Good luck

JeffA70 200 Posted January 23, 2013 Try this...I've been loving it, on the purée food stage. 2 oz of lowfat ricotta 1 or 2 packets of Splenda A few drops of vanilla or almond extract Mix and freeze, just until it starts getting frozen. Tastes like the inside of a cannoli! Almost no carbs, and 6-7g of protein!
mzrich 29 Posted January 23, 2013 Soup and sf pop sickles disgust me now... How do u make peach yogurt? I thought we were supposed to only have plain sugar free?

mzrich 29 Posted January 24, 2013 I am sorry you are feeling do upset. You have folks to depend on here! We are all going through this mental battle and we will get through it together. . Keep your chin up! Reach out when you need something. There are many great recipes out there. What do you like?? I dont usually crave sweets. im usually a real food lover... Cooked food... But im craving maybe a fruit cup, Cookies, chocolate, but has to be something soft. At this point I could care less about the calories as long as I can tolorate it and not get sick.... Maybe a piece of toast with jelly or even better pb&j sandwhich.. ;( I know I cant have these things its just what I want
JeffA70 200 Posted January 24, 2013 I dont know what riccota is... Ricotta cheese, like what's in lasagna or stuffed shells. Soft, mushy white cheese, like cottage cheese. Usually in the refrigerated section of the store near sour cream, cottage cheese, etc.
mzrich 29 Posted January 24, 2013 Can I eat that plain?
cyncitygirl 100 Posted January 24, 2013 I bought raspberries and smashed them and ate them. Delilsh. Or what about a tablespoon of Peanut Butter?
AStephenson 159 Posted January 24, 2013 Won't be sweet if you eat it plain (Ricotta). It reminds me of cottage cheese, only dryer. How bout plain or vanilla greek yogurt, mix in Tblsp. of lowfat/low sugar Peanut Butter then swirl in SF Jelly of your choice and viola! PB + J!
