I'm scheduled for Jan 25th, share in my excitement, any advice on pain, what to bring, help please... anyone in the NY area going to SURGERY on Friday? gelen's_change 157 Posted January 23, 2013 Congrats girly.. I recommend to not over think it cuz most things u wont use specially the first day. Tooth brush, hair brush, phone and charger, Chapstick, slippers, a pillow sometimes they don't have enough pillows. N if you're like me a blanket cuz it gets cold in the hospitals. Ive had 3 surgeries and didn't really need a lot and for my vsg i don't plan to take much. Ps glasses if u use them. I hope everything goes great. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
