PdxMan 4,292 Posted January 23, 2013 It really depends on your activity level. If you are sitting on the couch at night and behind a desk all day, then I would try to stay around 40-50. As you increase your activity, you will need to increase your carbs to support it. Try to stay with the good carbs from veggies and the like. When I was running, I would try to get in somewhere in the 100 to 130 range. I did this and was able to get under goal. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
smallbird 168 Posted January 23, 2013 when I went to my support group a few weeks ago I asked the same question. They said for optimal weight loss dont eat more than 20 carbs everyday is that right?
